Things to carry (Motorcycle)
For riding:
1. Riding pant/jeans/cargo pants. (for bikers)
2. Riding Jacket/ warm shirt or sweat shirt / inner warmer. Any good water / wind proof jacket. (One pant and jacket will normally be used all the journey when you are riding.)
3. Good riding shoes/ boots. (If ankle /high top then better)
4. Good 2/3 warm pairs of socks.
5. Riding gloves. Preferably summer and winter or waterproof gloves.
6. Good helmet.
7. Good sun glasses.
8. Two-piece rain coat. Wet weather riding gear.
For normal day (City Use):
1. Good pants / jeans 1-2 set only
2. Sweatshirt / warmer shirt 1-2 only.
3. Pyjamas
4. Underwear 3-5 pairs
5. Sports/ walking shoes/ boots
Other items: optional but recommended.
1. Sleeping bag/blanket (optional as we provide bedding at all destinations.)
2. Torch.
3. Water bottle/Camelbak – (very important for high altitude sickness) All bottled drinking water supplied and carried in support vehicle.
4. Basic first aid kit with essential medicines, or your prescribed medication if you are on medication.
5. Sun screen lotion. The sun is stronger at altitude.
6. Body lotion/lip guard (good in cold and dry weather)
7. Paper and hand soap/ sanitizer. This will be supplied also.
8. Travel toiletries kit (soap/shampoo/shaving kit, etc)
9. Camera/phone and spare power supply, chargers, memory storage devices, films, etc.
10. Light high-energy snacks
11. Sandals or thongs
12. Woolen cap, muffler
The things you might want on a trip like this is unlimited. However, the things you will end up using are limited. While packing for the trip use the weight Vs utility ratio to decide whether or not to carry a certain item.
