Yunnan is famous for its wonder and has been called the mysterious area. Yunnan means the south of colorful clouds in Chinese. With Multi-ethnic customs, Yunnan's sceneries are so many that even the locals can hardly experience all of it. So Yunnan is known as heaven to outdoors travel enthusiasts, and its pleasant climate is perfect heaven for motorcyclists.

Riding Schedule:

Day 1: Arrival in Kunming. Submit the applications for driving licenses.

     Kunming’s location enriches the geographical advantages of the Yunnan Province. Since the times of the Southern Silk Road more than 2,000 years ago, Kunming has remained a hub of commerce and political importance between East Asian countries and Central/South Asian countries. For its pleasant climate, it is known as “spring city”.

 

Day 2: Kunming-Shilin-Jiuxiang-Kunming. 200km 

     Shilin is stone forest scenic in Kunming city, it is one of the most famous scenic in Kunming. Jiuxiang is famous for its limestone cave, people can go to underground to discover the mystery and colorful world.

 

Day 3: Kunming-Yuxi-Yuanjiang. 285km

      Yuanjiang Terrace is world's largest and most spectacular one, crafted out by bare hands by the Hani people one thousand years ago and is still in use today. 

 

Day 4: Yuanjiang-Puer. 259km

     Puer is a city that is rich in vegetation, agriculture, and forest resources. And its tea - Puer Tea has a world-wide reputation. So it's also called a city of tea.

 

Day 5: Puer-Xishuangbanna. 160km

     This amazing city - Xishuangbanna is located in the southernmost part of Yunnan. With Laos, Myanmar,Thailand on its south, it shows an exotic culture to us.

 

Day 6: Xishuangbanna-Jiangcheng. 243km

      After a wonderful night in Xishuangbanna , we move towards  Jiangcheng. A primitive forest park in is also good spot to visit.

 

Day 7: Jiangcheng-Mengzi. 341km

     Today we will go thourgh some terraced fields and Mengzi is a city that has more than 10,000 years of human reproduction.

 

Day 8: Mengzi-Puzhehei. 187km

     After we arrive in Puzhehei we can go inside the scenic area by ship and witness the Karst landform.

 

Day 9: Puzhehei-Kunming. 303km

     We have crossed the tropic of Cancer from north to south with pleasant weather .
